I just purchased this flat iron and I love it! I previously had a Croc that broke after only a few months, so i'm hoping this one will be more durable.
It's great because it heats up to 445F within a minute, is very thin and lightweight, does not snag your hair, has a swivel cord, lcd display and it's a much better price than similar irons. I find that the titanium plates also make your hair smoother for longer, which is why I opted for this one over the ceramic.
My only cons are that the lcd display does not show the temperature climbing as it heats up. Not really a big deal though. Also, the iron is so thin that it feels kind of flimsy. I'm hoping it's more durable than it feels. We'll see how long it lasts!
Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase!

I've had this iron for over 4 years and it's still going strong! I use it about once a week, and depending on the humidity, the results last several days. One of the best purchases I've made on this site since I got a great deal and mine came with a free gifts!!

I was looking for a dual voltage flat iron. One day I stumble upon this great website & found dual voltage flat irons & saw many! I was pretty happy. I got this after a few weeks & when I got it, I was so happy! I tried it out at first, the ends of my hair weren't straight but I was just using the wrong temp., this flat iron comes with a chart to tell you what temp. you should use. I like its ceramic and tourmaline & more! I'm glad I bought it here because here its $40 off from the retail price. I curled some parts of my hair today & the curls lasted for more than like 7 hours, probably even more! My cousin has the Amika flat iron & I remember she curled her hair & after a few hours her curls started falling out, well the Zazen doesn't do that. It takes me like 15 minutes or something to straighten my hair. Overall I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a high quality, inexpensive & dual voltage flat iron. Flat iron experts has great prices and great customer service.

This flat iron makes my life so much easier! The reason for this is that it is universal voltage so I don't have to worry about what to do when I go on my business trips or vacation. Just this last 3 months, I've been to 5 places and this zazen iron allows me to do my hair anytime and anywhere! This is definitely great to carry with when traveling. My only concern is that if it could be smaller so that I can fit it in my purse.. it would be great! but I guess it's unlikely this will happen, because if it is so, I probably wouldn't be able to straighten my hair as quickly and the flat iron will be too hot for me to hold on? Anyway, it's fine just the way it is and working so far so good!
