When I first bought this hair straightener, I was pleased with it.  It straightens my hair nicely. but after 2 months...it didnt go as smoothly as I expected to be.  It kinda burnt my hair too.  It's supposed to be wet to dry, but I guess this iron isn't designed that well. IF you straighten your hair daily, this is not the iron to get!

This is such a bad flat iron! I pay so much for it but all it does is DAMAGE on my hair. I use to have very fine and long hair. But because of all these damage, I have to cut so much off.. now my hair is only up to my shoulder. THANKS!! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

This flatiron is ok, does its job and is relatively sturdy. However I’ve used other brands who have wet to dry irons that do a equally good job if not better, for a fraction of its price. Not a great deal for the satisfactory service it provides.

OMG! You call this wet to dry??!!! I had a high expectation of this iron since it was so pricey.  But, it totally damaged/burnt my hair!!! I'm really upset cos I spent 169.99 on this iron.  I wasted so much money!! My suggestion is don't let the high price tag irons to trick you into thinking that you're getting a good iron!

I purchased this product about few months ago and take extremely good care of it. HOWEVER, one of the plates has fallen out! It is a great iron when you first buy it, but beware. It has a high price tag ($160) and not so good quality. How many of us can afford a new one every year?
