This is not the best flat iron I’ve had by far. I’ve been using kqc for some time now, and my best friend got this for me as a birthday present. So, I thought I give it a try and see how it goes… but really I’m not really satisfied with it… seeing its price here(160$) wow..! I was shocked! My kqc cost less but gives me a so much better quality! I didn’t want to tell my best friend this because I don’t want her to be unhappy… so I type this here…! I guess the heating part is ok.. but when I use it on my hair… it feels like it’s burning my hair… and it’s not allowing me to get the effect I want in one glide… i am really disappointed…

I gave this product as a birthday present to my 17-year old sister, and now she says this is the best birthday gift she ever had. Now her hair looks great – smooth, shiny, silky, and frizz free!

This straightener is average. Kind of hard to use. After two years of using it, it was still in good condition. I recently purchased a different one cus this one takes a lot of effort and time to make it the way I want. I just don't think this iron is worth $160, you could probably find something else that's better at a similar price.

I have had a T3 for almost 4 yrs now and it still works. I have medium length, slightly wavy hair and the T3 keeps it super straight no matter what the humidity with very little damage at all to my hair, even though i've been using it every single day for years. I have to admit that it doesn't work well on wet hair, so i always blow dry first.
