This flat iron does not iron my hair in difficult areas, the strands of hair that need the most ironing. I am thinking about selling this one which only has months of use and buying again my old KQC that was SO good and reliable.

My T3 iron has lasted me 2 full years before it started having a little bit of problem! Actually, it's not really that big of a issue, it could have been just that I dropped it a couple times so that's why it sometimes turn off by itself.. but in general, I love my T3 iron! It turns my hair beautiful so.... not much complaint from me! :P

This flat iron does its job and straightens my hair the way I want it to be. However, it die on me right on the day I need to attend my boy friend's surprise birthday dinner!! I was so mad and had to rush over to my friend's place to borrow hers and fix up myself from the mess.... I was really upset about the quality of this iron since it's only been 2 months... I hope it could last me longer

This is not the best flat iron I’ve had by far. I’ve been using kqc for some time now, and my best friend got this for me as a birthday present. So, I thought I give it a try and see how it goes… but really I’m not really satisfied with it… seeing its price here(160$) wow..! I was shocked! My kqc cost less but gives me a so much better quality! I didn’t want to tell my best friend this because I don’t want her to be unhappy… so I type this here…! I guess the heating part is ok.. but when I use it on my hair… it feels like it’s burning my hair… and it’s not allowing me to get the effect I want in one glide… i am really disappointed…
