It’s nice if it lasts.. September 9, 2009

This is a GREAT flat iron ONLY if it lasts… it was great at the beginning when I first use it. But after a while, it stopped heating as well…. And I have so much trouble getting my hair straight. I have to do 4-5 passes in order to get my hair straight.. and this really annoys me..  so I’m planning to get a new one after 5 months of using my t3.. any recommendation people out there?

Waste of my money September 4, 2009

I have long wavy thick hair and this iron takes forever to straighten my hair.  I always have to spend about an hour to make my hair straight and this iron is so expensive too.  Why did I bother with this....I feel ripped off and mad.  Although the iron does work, but it doesn't heat up fast enough and I always smell this burning smell from the iron.  I'm so disappointed and not sure what iron to buy anymore! What a total waste of money!

It’s a great product. I like how it doesn’t damage my hair and that it is working great even after 7 months of usage. The only thing I’m concern about is that it feels like it is not heating as well after 4 months, otherwise it’s all good. And it gives me the look I’ve always been looking for.

Nice iron, but poor durability June 5, 2009

This is a great iron as it does make your hair look like you just step out of the salon.  However, the durability is poor as I've had the iron less than two years and the cord frayed to the point where it no longer works. I thought it would have lasted longer.
