The products are good, but I did not get any promotional items [the free stuff lol] that I was promised & I spent over 200$. I tried to call them up but it went straight to the voice machine. Arghhhhh :/

I was sooooo excited to find a website that offered all different kinds of stuff for the hair and awesome prices...I purchased the Karin flat iron and the babyliss waver! I was so excited to get them and my free stuff so I checked when it would be delivered and it said oct 4th...I was awww that long... So everyday I checked on the updates and found that it was getting closer and closer to me next thing u know oct 2nd came and it was on delivery to me!! I love all the goodies I got an tried them out that night!! Super fast shipping great website/pricing and awesome products!! You guys ROCK!!

I just received my things!!! they are amazing!! It is just that i thought that the macadamia oil will be in a container but it is in a plastic bag :( but the rest is amazziinngg!! love their fast shipping!

One of my friend actualy had this iron and I was at her house for a party and so I tried out the flat iron. It was easy to use and gave amazing results. With the amazing promotion how can I say no?
I ordered it on the Tuesday evening and it came on thursday! Talk about efficient service. When I opened my package I noticed that the Shine protection spray was missing. No questions ask, the customer service rep Sandra apologize and sent me one right out! I was so happy not only with my product but alsothe service I got was exceptional! Highly recommend and will be recommending this to my friends and family!
