I hate those tiny little hairs that stand straight up at the top of my head near my part. I find that this H&R straightener causes less frizz from straightening. My ends aren't has dry and the tiny hairs are less obvious. I use the KQC shine spray to add an extra shine to my hair after straightening. It goes great together.

I have short hair, and probably will for a long time since i'm digging this new look. I didnt want to buy a more expensive flat iron since I have less hair to flatten anyway, so I bought the best budgeted one on this site.  I'm very glad! Worth the money and my sister's able to use it too because it still works well with long hair! I just wanted to save money, that's all... :)

hands down the best budgeted iron.  I cant even tell the difference between high quality irons compared to this one... I honestly think this iron is suggested for fine hair though.. which I do have!

would I agree that the hr flat is the best budgeted flat iron? My answer is yes.  I was a tad bit nervous about placing my order for the hr but it turned out to be better than expected. It stills offers the same qualities as other ones, the ceramic/tourmaline technology. The temperature adjustment heats up to 410 which is perfect for my hair type.

Very impressed with the customer service this company had offered me.  The shipping was faster than expected, and the products inside my package was not damaged like other companies I had ordered from.  My flat iron rocks! It heats up incredibly fast and does not dry out my hair. This iron is definitely affordable and worth paying for. :)

This was one of my very first hair irons - it does the job and it is perfect for the price. It makes your hair silky and shiny w/out frizz. I would highly recommend it to someone who is a newbie to hair products and/or needs a new hair iron.

I love this product. It heats up fast and straightens my hair fast. I used it a few times a week when I do go out. After a year of purchasing it, it suddenly stopped working on me as I was using it. For a good product like this, I wished it would've last longer. Thankfully, FIE replaced it for me with no questions asked! :) Thanks!!!

I was a little skeptical after seeing the price, but the other reviews I read looked hopeful so I gave it a try. Although the HR is not much for looks, it works wonders on my hair!!! I love how fast it heats up and how is effortlessly glides over my hair. I use it with bain de terre straight lotion, but even without the lotion it works wonderful. I knew it was a keeper when it kept my hair straight even longer than expected. I straightened it in the morning, put my hair in a pony tail for work and then slept in my hair, only to wake up the next morning to find that my hair still looked great! Although the ends of my hair was flipped in a little, I had no creases or waves (A whole day later!!!)

I've read a lot of good reviews on this flat iron BUT it's my very first time writing one myself! I just want to say that "This is a really durable flat iron!" cos within the first 3 months of usage, I could tell a difference between this iron and others I've tried right away!! The other ones I had usually takes a little bit more time to heat up after 2 months or so.. but this one, even nonstop using it  like every single day, it still heats up pretty quickly, its functions and qualities haven't changed much at all! I wasn't sure if it was just me having issues or bad luck with all these irons I bought previously... The only thing I know is that this H&R is working great and that's all that matter to me now!
