This flat iron has done wonders for my hair. I had another flat iron that was cheaper and it pulled my hair and it took forever to get it all straightened out. The Nume ceramic flat iron straightened my hair faster, it didn't pull my hair, and it made my hair look silky. I would recommend this product to anyone.
