Great Iron |

This iron is amazing! It gets rid of all my ugly & annoying frizz! My hair is so much smoother and shinier now than ever! No more bad hair days for me! yay! and THANKS :)

Was a skeptic... |

My Hair Art died. I researched many brands & was impressed with the Metropolis 10 yr warranty but didn't find too much in reviews so opted for Karmin & the 3 yr warranty.
The warranty card states a 1 yr warranty (?? I have to call Flat Iron to find out why 3 yrs is advertised but only 1 yr on the warranty card). I was hesitant to buy online.
While waiting for the iron to arrive, I went to Winners & picked up a backup iron - Cortex (platinum duo) - which was awful. It pulled my hair. I returned it for an unknown brand (Lilique)& that was just a bit better than the Cortex. Neither were over $60. I tried the Karmin - there is no comparison - in this case it is very true - you get what you pay for! The cheaper the iron, the worse it is! I hope this review helps your decision!
One other thing I noticed while researching this Karmin. Some sites indicate this iron comes with a matching heat pad/pouch. The one from Flat Iron Experts does not.

My Precious Karmin Iron! |

I have super frizzy and messy hair and it has been bothering me all these years. Though I can't say that this Karmin Iron was able to completely straighten my hair in just one single swipe but... at least it was able to do something so that I can now style my hair somewhat! I'm actually pretty happy with the result because I wasn't able to get the same hair style when I used other irons, so.. this is pretty good!

This is amazing! I can't believe I had gone through so many other brands before I reach my hands onto this one! It heats up fairly quickly and I really like the way it glides down my hair! Smooth and without causing any damage to your hair! It has been 2 and half months now.. and I'm liking it more and MORE!! I'm so glad that I chose this one over the others.. otherwise I would still be wasting money on flat irons that are not as good..!

I am really happy with the customer service here! My Karmin iron was loss during delivery so it took us some time to figure out what happened and send out another one for me. Though it took me some time to get my Karmin iron, I'm really happy that Flat Iron Experts was always on top of things and kept me informed if there were any updates. They handle the situation in a professional manner and try their best to keep me happy. Thanks again for the service and my Karmin flat iron is working pretty good!
