Bought this over the weekend and it arrived on Tuesday. Super fast free shipping and great price w/ extras. Have used it only twice, but it is without a doubt the best flat iron I've used or had used on me. I go to the salon alot and they frequently flat iron my thick asian hair and it NEVER turns out as smooth, shiny and soft as when I did it at home with the KQC X-Heat. It also did my hair in half the time the others did. Absolutely the best ! So happy I took the plunge and bought this. Thanks so much, Flat Iron Experts, for bringing us this wonderful product and for great customer service.

**Love for X-heat** |

I just read the last couple of reviews.. I don't really agree with the review that mentioned about Xheat not being able to protect my hair or cause damage to it..! I think using a flat iron everyday, for sure will cause a little damage to my hair in some way. but to protect it and keep it in a good shape, just combine the use of kqc protection sprays or any other heat spray should do! I may not be an expert, but i've tried like 4-5 flat irons already... the x-heat is one of flat irons I like the most up to this point. I really like it so I just thought I should make some clarification here!

I just received my iron and i gotta say this iron is seriously as its advertised, its perfect for me. My T3 died on me last week so i decided to look for something new, my hair dresser recommended this iron but its selling at $199.95 at the salon so i decided to pass. I searched online and found flat iron experts with a better deal and a free mini and shine spray. I am extremely happy with the results, compared to my old T3 i feel my hair is softer and shinnier and i got the job done quicker. I never need to swipe over the section more than 2 times, usually once will do. I am so happy with my new iron :)

Tourmaline Ceramic Plates |

I really like the KQC Ceramic flat iron - but for ultimate shine and health of my hair, I prefer my Sam Villa Sleekr iron - samvilla.com. Both have tourmaline ceramic plates, but the color treated setting on the Sleekr heats the hair without worrying about damaging my hair from too much heat. Still a fan of KQC, but I'm just throwing my opinion out there.

I have very curly hair, so when I ordered this I wasn't too sure, but I tried it and my hair looks and feels great!! I am so glad that I took the chance on buying this iron! I also cut my time for straightening my hair down 15 minutes from my old one. I would recommend this iron to anyone.
