I cannot live without my kqcxheat flat iron!  It has commonly been known as one of the best flat irons as used by many youtube girls! I'm very happy with the quality and it's also a huge bonus that it's red! Also because of the size, curling hair is super easy! Oh! I found this to be a good iron it worked well for my hair  (I have med thickness and length fluffy caucasian hair very easy to straighten)

This iron worked well until it broke mid way through doing my hair, the heat stopped and the light went out. I had this for 7 months and used it 3-5 times a month and took very good care of it :( thank god its under warranty but still 7 months is to soon for a break down, my old t3 wet/dry lasted 4 years.

Customer service has been prompt and I'm in the process of waiting for a new or fix iron.

*UPDATE received a brand new iron a week after sending them the old iron :)
