This flat iron is very good. It makes my hair soft, shiny, and smooth when used correctly. It even straightens my hair to the root. I have had my HAI for about 6 months now, and I love it! I can do anything with my hair now, and it is nowhere near as damaged as it used to be.

I was introduced to this HAI straightener by my hair stylist about 1 year before I purchased this one. It provides the ability to change one's look simply and quickly. It seems to improve the integrity of the hair as well. This product resulted in a very nice and unexpected surprise.

Arrived from flat iron experts in less than 2 days. I ordered my Hai on a Sunday night and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. Heats up under 30 seconds and makes my hair shiny and smooth. This is my first hair straightner and I love it. I researched other products Chi and sedu but i was impressed with the reviews with the Hai. I am looking forward to buy more products from Flat Iron Experts.

Better than expected! |

Based on the reviews on this site, I expected a good product. It is definitely better than I believed it would be. It is very light and easy to handle. It heats up almost instantly! The smooth surface is amazing! I love the way it glides over the hair. I have seen much less damage to my fine/thinnish, colored hair. I use it almost daily as does my 14 year old daughter who has gorgeous, thick, naturally wavy, very long hair. The wide range of heat settings allow us to use the lowest possible temp to obtain perfect results. I would recommend this product any time! I hope it lasts a long, long time!

After much research I chose the this HAI straightener. My 14 year old was very pleased, liked that it heated up very quickly and says it works very well. I like the ability to control the temperature, on/off switch, swivel cord. 1 ¼” was a perfect choice for long hair.
