I've been using FHI's iron for quite sometime now. My first one stopped working after 2 years.. and I bought my second FHI iron from Flat Iron Experts about 3 months ago. This is mainly because of the promotion they had during the time! I love the mini iron they gave me and it works really well for my bangs! ... Going back to my FHI iron, its plates are smooth and no hair gets stuck between. My hair is all straight and nice in just one swipe! FHI is the only brand that I'm willing to stay with for -- ever! :)

I just received this FHI flat iron for my birthday. I am a hair product/styling junkie and I've always used Chi's, thinking it is the best. But, this flat iron does make my hair feel much softer, glossy, and more healthy looking after I used this to straighten my hair. It's quite nice! I love it!

I love my FHI flat iron. My stylist recommended this to me so I decided to get one and it’s beyond great so far. I have used it on every family vacation. Use it for school every other day because it lasts so long. Section your hair off and use a protectant before styling. It works well here in FL with high humidity and at outdoor camp dances.

I just received my FHI flat iron yesterday and have since used it twice. First, I was hesitant about buying this because of the price but I went for it anyways and I CAN'T believe how GOOD it works! My hair is super straight, shiny, and so healthy looking & feeling! I used to own a MaxiGlide, which is a decent product but it always left my hair dry and constantly pulled my hair. The FHI does not pull your hair at all. I LOVE it! If you are looking for a new flat iron, this is the one. I definitely recommend it.
