I have really course thick hair and nothing ever works on it. The chis do work but not as good as this cortex straightner! I love it. I just got it yesterday and now used it twice. It makes my hair sooo much smoother and softer than any other straightner I have ever used before. Before I had this I had like a $15 conair. It pulled my hair and made it frizzy. This my hair glides right through it. It is wonderful! I love it!

I just got this flat iron about 2 weeks ago. I can finish my hair in a lot less time than I used to. I love how it doesn't yank or snag my hair, it’s so smmoooooothhhh!!! My hair feels so soft afterwards and the price is great with free shipping! It also gets hot real fast! I would recommend this to all my friends!

I had two Chi flat irons for 4 years.  One of them is ½” & the other is 1”. They both broke down recently so I decided to change brands to see what else was out there.
