I am in love with this flat iron! It works so well in straightening my hair.. only 1 slide down my super rough hair and it turns to super very straight! On top of this, I can make tight curls with this cortex flat iron whenever I want! My friends notice the difference it makes on my hair, and they all keep on asking me what did I use!? I'm really happy with the results and compliments I get for using this cortex!

I am Bi-racial(blk &wht) I am trying to grow out my hair without using a relaxer and this flat iron is absolutely amazing. It doesn't pull your hair, and your hair doesn't get caught in the edges of the plates like with some other flat irons. It leaves it bone straight and soft silky and shiny. I'm in love!

I have thick, curly/frizzy hair and I've been through a lot of flat irons. This Cortex has always exceeded my expectations. Don't waste your money on flat irons that cost hundreds of dollars! I'm on my second Cortex and I couldn't be happier with it. The 1st one lasted for around 4 years and was going strong until it suddenly wouldn't turn on again. I upgraded to this Leopard version this time around. I just hope this one lasts as long as my previous one!

I bought this new Cortex flat iron a month ago, and I have used it 4 times approximately up to this point. I had two poor quality flat irons before, however this one is different and unlike the previous ones I've had! The Cortex flat iron is lighter, more delicate, does not break the hair, and it heats up so much faster! My hair is neither curly nor straight, it is kind of weird.. Though I always use the flat iron in the lower temperature, the result with the Cortex has been very good. It does the job!!! Anyway, I already have my Cortex, so I think with more experience it is going to be awesome!! Time will tell...
