Smokey Eye Effect: Apply the Big Fat Fun Pencil Eye Liner above your upper eye lashes. Use the smudge tip to blend it with eye shadow color your applied already.

Bigger Eye Effect: Apply the Eye Liner both under and above your upper eye lashes. Apply 1/2 or 3/4 of the Eye Liner on the bottom eye line (above your lower eye lashes) & start your eye line from the ends. Smudge as desired. **You could use a white or pearl color eye liner & start apply from the opposite direction.
