1. You could apply this cream/ liquid base formula eyeshadow on your eye lid without applying any light color base before hand. This eye shadow color will just be as stand-out even without any light color base on your eye lid.

2. After applying the After-Party Eyeshadow, you may apply powder formula eye shadow on top of it. Powder base eyeshadow tend to wear off/ smudge very easily. However, when it is applied on the cream based eyeshadow, the powder base eyeshadow will stick on better and gives a nice blend of color.
