The Babyliss Ceramic Curling iron is one model back of the #2 Ranking Babyliss Tourmaline Curling Iron, the main difference between the two is the Ceramic Version heats up to 390 F vs 428 F from the Tourmaline version. I highly recommend this curling iron. It gets hot quickly and grips the hair very well, so I don’t have to go back and redo the parts that fell out. It never rips out my hair as some other irons do. Overall I am extremely pleased!

I purchased this curling iron two weeks ago. I paid $70.00 so this is a great price. It has always been very difficult to get my hair to stay curled for a long time. This iron actually gets HOT! It does not damage my hair. You do not need to leave this iron on your hair long because it does get VERY hot. After you learn how to work the handle, you will love it! You have much more control over the iron with this type of handle.
