The Babyliss Ceramic Curling iron is one model back of the #2 Ranking Babyliss Tourmaline Curling Iron, the main difference between the two is the Ceramic Version heats up to 390 F vs 428 F from the Tourmaline version. For 90% the individuals, the 390 F is more than enough, we would recommend the Tourmaline Model only for people who have really thick unmanageable hair. This is a good Babyliss curling iron. It heats quickly (wish it would get a bit hotter, though), the spring feels sufficient (it comes with replacement springs! - a first), and the cord remains straight and un-tangled. The product is as described.

Recently got this 2 months ago, I have long hair half way down to my back with lots of layers, I can do my entire head in less than 20 minutes with beautiful curls. I can't believe I paid less than 100 dollars for it, great deal.

This curling iron is pretty amazing.  I have been using this iron for years.  It heats fast and curls very well.  It's just what I need.  I have long and thin hair.  I can curl my hair in less than 15 minutes now! It's good quality at a reasonable price.  Highly recommended.
