So far so good. I have really fine hair and this iron smoothes it without making it frizz. Its also great for my daughter's thick, naturally curly hair. I like that it doesn't snag my hair like other flat irons do.

I've only had the flat iron for a small amount of time but so far it has done a fantastic job. The best flat iron I've had actually up to this point. It leaves your hair so nice and soft and you can create different styles with this flat iron! No regrets for getting this and yay! I'm a SMART consumer after all!

This straigtener is great. It gets really hot in about 30 seconds. I like it but my hair is so thick (and somewhat wavy, but not really curly..) that sometimes I have to run it through really slowly a few times to get it straight. I owned a Chi one before and had been using it til one day it just died out.. Though I still prefer the weight of the Chi one since I kinda got used to it, but this Babyliss was selling at a really good price and has all the features my old Chi one has.. It's all good! I am slowly getting use to this one.. it's lighter weight than my old Chi, pretty easy to use on my hair! and great results if I haven't mention!

Living in Miami there's a lot of humidity and this hair iron does really well with not letting my hair get frizzy. Only complaint I have is that the hair iron sometimes makes a noise when i clamp it down nothing serious. My cousin has the same one and hers doesn't make a sound.

...this is a great flat iron. I have used other ones and they worked for while but this flat iron not only straightens your hair but it leaves it so soft to the touch is unbelievable. It leaves a shine I did not even know my hair had.
