I've had this straightener for about 1 and 1/2 years, and I am IN LOVE WITH IT! I have not had any problems with it and I'm so happy that I went on this site to find a really great straightener. My sister bought a $200 straightener at the mall, and within 5 months, it broke. She bought another and then it broke again. This straightener is a really REALLY good bargain! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

This is my second time to purchase this product. Unfortunately I left my first one in a hotel out of the country and was so disappointed that it couldn't be returned to me. I had owned the product for over a year and it still worked as well as the first day I bought it. I just purchased a new one and I love it as well. I have had Chi's, and many other straighteners, this is by far my favorite. It does not snag your hair while straightening and gets hot enough to only need to run it over your hair one time. I have recommended to friends and family members and they all LOVE this product as well.

My daughter's hair is hard to deal w/ and I have used many many cheap flat irons. They dry out her hair and pull and snag. Her hair has never been so silky and shiny.....and STAYED that way ALL day. It made her hair soooo soft and healthy.
