Only complaint is that one location under description states 1" and another location states 1.5" for width of this flat iron.  It was bigger than expected.  But luckily for me I love it.  It makes nice curls if that is what you want or nice straight hair.  Thank you Flat Iron Experts for all the great useful free stuff you sent with my order.

First of all, I want to thank the company for shipping those promotion presents with my order! They are great and super handy! The quality of this iron is WAY beyond my expectation!! Though I was a little confused at the very beginning, it was nice that it came with the dvd that shows the proper way of using this on my hair! I was never good in getting my hands on any new electronics or fancy products, but this dvd was definitely a bonus! I  really NEEDED it!
