My amika iron is great! I received mine 2 weeks ago and it was an early christmas present my mom sent me! (thanks mom) The clips are great to have so I can put parts of my hair up and start from the very bottom layers! The iron gets hot in such short time and takes me 10-15 minutes to do my hair! My old conair that I bought years ago used to take me at least 30 minutes.. This is like magic! yay! I just want to say THANKS to mom again for getting me this and picking my favorite color! -- You are SMART and you are GREAT! --

I received my Amika Pink Flat Iron a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I am African-American and have coarse hair. After using this flat iron, my hair feels soft and silky. I don't even have to use the highest heat set. I would highly recommend this flat iron to others.

Great flat iron. This is my first (and hopefully only) purchase of a flat iron that costs more than $30. I have long, slightly frizzy, thick hair and this iron makes my hair look like a model's. You cannot get these results with a cheap iron. This is worth its price and I am very satisfied.

I just got the amika flat iron and it is pretty good. I never could get my hair to look like I just came out of the salon, but with this flat iron, now I can! It is true you get what you pay for. The only thing is that a bit of the paint chipped off within the first week of use but its okay. I have tried others and cheaper ones, but this one is awesome!
