As a professional Hairdresser I wouldn't recommend any other blowdryer, by far the hottest strongest longest lasting on the market, just replaced mine after 10 yrs of use!! Ive tried them all and i recommend this one 150%

A must have dryer! May 4, 2010
Reviewer: Mary Peterson from Newark, New Jersey
This dryer is so much cheaper on here when compared with the salon price. This is the best dryer I have ever used! I just threw out my other dryers since they couldn't compare (Conair and Sasoon) and I am in love! I have thick hair and this dryer does the job efficiently and beautifully. My hair looks salon quality when finished. Its quiet and the frizzes are pretty much gone! The air flow is really good too. Once you tried it, you will be addicted to its beautiful results!

Professional Hairdryer April 13, 2009
Reviewer: Karen from Quebec
I wanted this hair dryer for a long time and finally got it for Christmas. Before this I had a Babyliss. The Elchim is much better, especially for temperature control. My hairdresser once told me that the expensive dryers were expensive not because of the heat they attain but because of the force of the air. All this to say I wanted more air and less heat. I am very happy with the heat consistency of the Elchim. This dryer drys my hair in 10 mins as opposed to the Babyliss that took 20mins. With the Babyliss my hair didn't actually feel as dry as it does with the Elchim. Might sound crazy but me theory is, because the heat on the Babyliss was so high, it just dried the outside of the shaft but not the inside. I live in Montreal, where it gets very cold in the winter, I would notice any level of wetness in my hair when I leave the house believe me!

Elchim Rocks January 23, 2009
Reviewer: Andrea from Miami, FL
I have tried them all - Chi, Babyliss, Hai, and even some I have forgotten about. All have disappointed me in one way or another. I've tried ionic and tourmaline technology, only to be disappointed as well. I don't really think they dried my hair any faster. So I've now thrown all of the latest technology out the door for a rock solid hair dryer that has that deep throaty salon sound that does the job exactly how I want.... I'm finally pleased!
